This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the ss22 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the ss22 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document as well as any policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use ss22's services.
Use of the ss22 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. ss22 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account termination. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Users are strictly prohibited from using the ss22 platform for any illegal activities, fraud, system manipulation, or any action that may compromise other users' experience. This includes the use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to access or manipulate the platform.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on the ss22 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set on your account.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the selected method. ss22 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for identity verification purposes or to investigate suspicious activity. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through illegitimate means will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
Any taxes or charges imposed by banks or payment service providers are the user's responsibility. ss22 is not liable for any losses resulting from processing delays caused by third parties.

Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy

Ss22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if a breach of these terms, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that compromises platform security is detected. Any valid balance in a terminated account will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

All content on the ss22 platform, including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of ss22 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without the express written consent of ss22.

Amendments & Governing Law
Ss22 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notices. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. This document and all disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts applies in full.
